![]() ![]() ![]() We will introduce you to the expected strengths and weakness of the Blizzard Sorc so you will be able to build the type of character you want to play. Throughout this guide, we will cover everything you need to know to build your Blizzard Sorc from the ground up. ![]() This guide will teach you to master the Blizzard Sorc in all aspects of the game, from leveling to selecting end-game equipment for adventures in Hell and beyond, helping you survive the greatest threats Diablo and his lieutenants have to offer. Just an opinion ofcourse, if half synergised fireball or meteor works for you for cold immunes and you prefer the better orb for the rest, you do you. This Wowhead class build guide covers the Blizzard spec for the Sorceress class, also known as the Blizzard Sorc, updated for Patch 2.7 & Ladder Season 4 in Diablo II: Resurrected. at which point you should just go full cold if you are willing to deal with that. So you get a better orb but cold immunes will become problematic. If you fully synergise your orb it will obviously work better but your fireball will suffer much harder with 20 pts less invested than your orb would. The beauty of orb in a dual element build is that you can invest a low amount of points in it and itll still do decent damage, leaving you lots of points for your other element. The beauty of orb in a full cold build is that it does a lot of damage. I haven't dont that in a very long time (since the LOD days) but it worked well. When I go dual tree I usually focus on the fire and only put 20 in FO and 1 in CM (and all the prereqs obviously). A poorly placed one tickles.Ī fireball is much easier to be concistent with and with enough point investment can clear 10k damage pretty handily so its nothing to scoff at. ![]() A well placed fully synergised frozen orb does a high amount of damage. ![]()
